My journey with yoga began during a profound silent retreat in Oxford back in 2012, where I quickly experienced its transformative power on my mind, body, and way of life.

Now, my mission is to share these healing modalities – yoga, breath-work, sound, herbalism, and mycology – both in person and online.

Now mother to Maarz, I've come to deeply appreciate how these practices can empower fellow mothers and our children to build resilience against life's stresses, finding inner balance and renewal. There is nothing better than seeing Maarz breathing with purpose to self regulate at such a young age.

Here in Jamaica, my heart is set on creating a sanctuary where souls can immerse themselves in nature's embrace, connect with this sacred land, and explore these many paths and modalities of healing.

Since 2016, Kacea has been lovingly crafting and refining her organic skincare line, Earthie, born from her own early experiments with natural recipes.

Rooted in her deep belief in holistic health and wellbeing, Earthie embodies the core values that guide Kacea's life: balance, authenticity, and pure enjoyment. Her passion has led her to extensively study the power of essential oils and their properties, making health the heart of Earthie's skincare, encouraging a mindful ritual of wellbeing for both women and men.

Kacea's dedication extends to completing studies in African skin and haircare, as well as her yoga teacher training in Goa, India. Now, as a mother to her precious sonshine Eze, she envisions creating more nurturing spaces where mothers can connect, share their wisdom, and find strength in community.
